Luxelake

Luxelake is a mixed-use master-planned community located within a beautiful, hilly region of Chengdu, China.  Waterways provide a unique opportunity for residents to live on private islands, each with it’s own boathouse and marina.  A series of public parks, sculpture gardens, restaurants, cafés and museums create destinations within the community all reachable by boat. Services for Luxelake include community visioning and conceptual landscape architecture for the public parks, marinas and island edges. Work completed while with DTJ Design, Inc.
